How PodMavens works?
- Comes with 3 user roles : Customer, Manager, Freelancer
Customers : Subscribe/upgrade/downgrade/cancel subscriptions, buy one-time top-up credits, submit their podcast episodes, request revisions, message editors and managers, rate submitted work.
Managers :Assign incoming orders/episodes to freelancers, message freelancers and customers, upgrade/downgrade/cancel subscriptions on behalf of customers, update freelancer payouts.
Freelancers : Have their own dashboard to accept/reject assigned orders, access episode files, upload their work, fix revision requests, message customers and managers.
